These improved the walking experience for my boots, I spend a lot of time on my feet and actually have two sets of day boots that I switch between. I used these in one set and left the original pads in the other and after a month bough a second set of these for those shoes. They are good, I've used better which had better arch support and a bit more padding but these are half the price of the others.

Better than the red ones but still not enough arch support for me. Thicker for work boots but wasn't enough for me. Im over 200 lbs and work 12 hr shifts on concrete floors. Still worth a try if your feet aren't that bad or you weigh less. Would like to hear what a sumo wrestler thinks about them.

It is the greatest thing to wear for people who have flat foot

If you have "flat feet" then I would recommend trying Samurai insoles before going full custom orthotics (or after if the customs don't work). I've had great luck with them so far. Full arch contact and support. These new thickly padded ones are what I consider a "high volume" insole so you will need to pair them with roomy shoes and possibly thinner socks. I've tried almost all the major online brands and Samurai is in my top 3 brands - along with Currex and Tread Labs. Individual results (and feet!) will vary.

I have purchased the purple, yellow, and red versions--all to assist with plantar fasciitis. I use them in my safety toe shoes everyday at work, in my tennis shoes and other casual shoes outside of work

Wow! The moment I put them in my shoes the relief from severe planter fasciitis got me on my feet and going again. A few days and I was totally pain free.

My first day wearing them were a complete success.

Great insoles. I purchased these for my hiking boots (also have the normal insoles for my running shoes). The sumos are thicker than the normal Samurai insoles so provide a bit more cushion. The other thing I notices is that after some wear they will actually conform to your feet. I've tried a lot of insoles, including $400 custom insoles. So far, I like these the best. If you have issues with flat feet, definitely give them a try.
