JAMhard Armband For iPhone 5 / 5S / 5C, iPod Touch 5 + Key Holder (Black) - High Quality Running, Workout & Sports Armband Case

I just bought this and the strap already broke. I hope that there's a way for it to get replaced, I really liked it until it ripped 2 weeks into having it.Just an update, they replaced mine easily! The replacement is working better than the original that I got. Hopefully it doesn't break.

Product is great. Armband is comfortable and it's easy to access the functions on the phone. No issues. Am glad I purchased it and would recommend it to others for sure. I didn't give it 5 stars because I've been using it for a short time - am not sure if I'll run into any issues - but thus far, don't think I will.

Pretty good product, but why in the world is the Velcro pad not sewn onto the strap? It's just glued, and it came off after a dozen runs. If they could fix that, it would be pretty much flawless.

I am surprised to find hope in humanity in an armband.I don't usually write reviews, but I recently had a bad experience with this armband. I used it for about 4 months and it ripped... I was surprised and disappointed. So, I wrote a review (just a few days ago) saying I was unimpressed with the product... I gave it a one star review and described my experience.Yet, the day after my negative review, I was surprised to see a new message from a JAMhard representative in my inbox. The representative (Molly) apologized to me about the defective armband and offered to refund the product AND replace it. I have to say I am still shocked... We have all been told "lifetime guarantee" enough times to kind of roll our eyes at the term, but JAMhard stuck by their product and certainly made right by me.I am looking forward to wearing my new band as soon as the weather permits and I can get back to the gym :) 5 stars is as high as a review will go, but it is not enough to describe my experience. After owning this armband for about two months and using it 3-4 times a week the velcro that holds it closed has fallen off. Also the teal paint trim around the various openings has started peeling off. Apparently I jam harder than this thing.

So I was absolutely loving this armband: it's comfortable, you can sort-of operate your phone through the plastic (well enough to pause a workout in the middle of your run, etc), it keeps my phone secure, and the key holder is really handy!Then i was out for a run one day when the thing just fell off my arm, bam! I had no idea what happened. I had to stop to evaluate the situation. I finally realized that the sticky part of the Velcro had come off the band... It had just been glued on :( I lost the piece or else I would have sewn it back on... So I e-mail the company and I heard back within a day! They sent me a new Armband, an improved version! They now make it with the Velcro sewn on! I received my new Armband in two days! :D It was great!So, in summary: great product, even better customer service. You cannot go wrong with this Armband!

No problems for the fIrst four months, but in April, the stitching started coming out. Shouldn't happen since I'm using the extender to ensure that it's not too tight. I probably used it 20 or 30 times total before the stitches started coming out.

I have a iPhone 5 with a Lifeproof case and the arm band does not stretch enough to accommodate the phone and case. Overall the product seems good quality, but I can't use it!
