Wonderful
Beverly lewis is an amazing writer. I have loved every book of hers that I've read. She has a way of drawing you into the story, like your there watching everything happen. I've always known that you must put all your trust and faith in God. In this story your reminded of that. I love the bible verses that Beverley puts in all her books.

I don’t think she can write a bad book.
It has been so long ago and I have read hundreds of books since then.

Having just recently lost my father who had the wonderful care of hospice
This story really touched me. Having just recently lost my father who had the wonderful care of hospice, I could really relate to what Lucy and the other characters were experiencing in this area. This story is filled with beautiful reminders of God's never ending grace and mercy to us if we will only except. Wonderfully written and very moving!

Great book
I have read every book written my Beverly Lewis and she does not ever disappoint me with her ability to keep you interested and spell bound this book is about love forgiveness of others and mostly ourselves. I can't wait for the next book. Everybody should read her books and her husband Dave Lewis is also a great author when a blessing these books are.

Great Book, they all are.
I enjoyed reading this book, she was carrying all that guilt, then she turned it over To. God. I have read every single one of Beverly Lewis 's books, I kept looking on Amazon, and buying them so I could read them in order. I now have her new book "The Wish" to read eventually. I am now reading my four books about the family in the Appalachian's.

The Atonement
THE ATONEMENT is Ms. Lewis' latest. Not really a romance (despite the back cover copy), this is more women's fiction. The romance is very back burner.Written in many different points of view, it includes Lucy's, her married sister's, Marty's, her father, Christian's, and others. Some parts of the story were very confusing and I went back and read them twice, three times, sometimes not understanding anyway. I couldn't relate to these characters.Very slow, this is not the Beverly Lewis book of years gone by. Seems she's lost her edge. It also seems Ms. Lewis was trying to mimic other Amish authors with some of the themes included.

Another excellent story
I loved this book. And was surprised by the turn of events as the plot unfolded. Keep writing Beverly Lewis, by God's Grace; reminding your readers of precious truths; and encouraging us as followers of Jesus, to continue on in Him.
