I've been using the Otterbox Defender for my last three phones over 10 years starting with the Galaxy s4. When we upgraded to the Galaxy 20FE this year, I was SHOCKED that Otterbox does NOT make a Defender for this phone. SHOCKED.. I was lost.. No way was I gonna stick my phone in my pocket like my wife.. Men wear things on belts! So when I found AlCase - I'm a happy man. This is a third of the price too!!!TIP: Since the beginning, I always cut off the "flaps" on the outer shells, especially for the battery charge port. If you cut them off (use a razor blade), be sure to seal the cut with superglue. If you don't seal the cut, then moisture will get into the cut and make the outer shell swell or get bigger over time. The picture is me sealing the cut on this case.

Literally resembles the Otterbox Symmetry! It’s a great durable case and it holds up when you drop it it protects the phone amazingly!👍

*** UPDATE ***************************I have to alter my review somewhat based on the level of customer service. My initial review initiated a response from this case company's customer service. They have gone out of their way to make it right with me. Once I give their replacement case a chance at success, I may alter my review and rating again.But, great customer service.************************(Original review)Phone case works fine, but if you are someone who wants to use the belt clip for anything, forget it. Just out of the return date range and belt clip broke. Disappointing, but not the end of the world. Going to find a case with a sturdier belt clip.

The case doesn't quite fit. It's close, but the top portion of the case will not snap together like it should. The bottom and sides secure and snap like they're supposed to. The outer wrap keeps the pieces together, but I can tell that it's not fully closed on top. I bought several from different sellers, but to no avail, they all fail to fully snap together. The OB company doesn't make this version for the S20 FE. Ok for now, but still looking for another case.

Holds phone securely, never had it pop out unexpectedly. Easy to put on rubber case protects the phone well.Belt clip lived through being caught on things like seat belts or accidental brushes with door frames.

Seems to be sturdy you have a great Advantage cuz it charges on a wireless pad just like OtterBox that is one of the key features it's not as tough as an OtterBox Defender but it's closed has no glass cover for protection of the screen but you can buy one and put it on which I have I have not installed on phone yet because I'm waiting on the phone to come to my house but I've taken it all apart and it's ready to go as soon as the phone gets here Highway of shipping

For the money it does the job of protecting my phone. But, had issues trying to connect the case on one side. It clipped shut on top and popped open on bottom. Some kind of defect but I messed with it enough that I got the outer layer on and its holding. The holster clip is a bit flimsy, but it beast spending money for a more expensive version that will eventually break as well.

This product's title and photo are misleading. The title says "full body", yet does not include anything to protect the front of the phone, the actual screen. Second, the photo shows the product in three pieces, yet does not make it clear that a screen protector is not included. The photo should use the word 'no' instead of 'not', and the title and description should be updated to say that it is just a case, protects the back and the sides, not the front. Disappointing.

La compre para el galaxy s20 FE pero no le queda bien. La carcasa de plástico interna es un poco mas pequeña que el celular y no cierra bien. No tomaron bien las medidas del celular y ésta compañia no tiene buen control de calidad

Muy buenos materiales y me gustó ya que está bien protegido de todos lados y en la parte del conector del cargador tiene una tapa que lo protege , igual sirve para mí cargador inalámbrico

This case fitted my uncle’s Samsung S20FE phone well and he needed a drop-proof case for his work.The quality of the casing was fantastic with double layers protection and many colors to choose from. Highly recommend! 👍🏻* will recommend putting screen protector after sorting into e phone.
