Lovely set to teach a young one (safely), how to sew by hand. Some instructions for e.g applying handles, would have been useful.

Got it as a gift for my 8 yr old. I was disappointed when I received it. I was expecting them to come in a box thinking I was buying a pack but they come in individual plastic packets. No instructions or picture given, had to come on here and see the pictures. Your child will most likely need your help and guidance to make these but my daughter did enjoy making her own bag and was very proud of herself. I worked out the cost of each bag is roughly £1.50 so not bad price. Good craft for learning how to sew. Fun to do on a rainy day, pass time or with friends.

The bag pieces are well made, with good punched 'sewing holes' and plenty of decoration pieces. I bought it for a 4 year old and I think it may be a little too old for her. However her Mum will help her and have a good time together, with a lovely bag to show at the end of the crafting session.

The items come individually wrapped in plastic with no instructions. We only had 2 out of the 6 shown and weren't sure were the sticky patches went without a picture to refer to. Also the fish and seaweed were not sticky and needed an adult to use a glue gun to work. PVA did not work as it soakedinto the felt.

There are 6 individual little sewing kits, which are lovely. I wanted to give them to my Grandaughter for her birthday, so I had to go and find some sort of wallet to put them in to keep them together. Plus no pictures to show how to make up the bags at the end. Such a shame as each kit is pretty and l'm sure my Grandaughter will enjoy making them.

I was delighted to find this excellent set and thoroughly recommend it for a child wanting to learn to sew and make things!

Lovely little starter set BUT no picture for child to see what they are making. Easy enough to put one in package , it would make such a difference.

I wanted to introduce my 6 yr old grand daughter to the pleasures of sewing and this was a great hit

Alles sehr schön kindgerecht. Die Kinder verlieren nicht die Lust am Nähen. Sogar mit Kindergartenkindern hat das nähen super geklappt. Sehr empfehlenswert.
