Really thick material. I am returning.

I know G-Star often goes for the 'metro' look... tight-fitting and chest-exposing. I sized up to make sure they wouldn't be too tight, and from pictures I didn't think these would have such a large neck opening. I was wrong. No offense to those who like this look, but these didn't work for me.

I was in the market for a higher quality deeper v than standard v-necks and came across this brand. It’s pretty nice, definitely thicker than Hanes brand, and better quality than the J Crew Mercantile brand. The only downside is a white logo on the chest which I didn’t see when purchasing. Likely to return because of the logo, otherwise great shirt. I’m 5’ 8” lean, and wear an MS wetsuit.

Only concern there is a label saying recycled material was used. Who wants to wear chems? But the other label says organic cotton. Will give it a try. Perfect fit as always.
