I wanted to love this but I can’t. Good storage and the bag itself is lightweight.However, the front pockets only has one zipper pull and needs to be closed at the very bottom of the pocket. If by any chance you left the pocket slightly open there is a high chance to drop whatever is inside. I sometimes carry this on my right shoulder only and the pockets are tilting to left where the pocket opens. I drop my car key and good thing a stranger pointed it out. I can put my keys on other pocket but oftens times when we are in a hurry it will be a bothersome to close the pocket all the way down.

I love this backpack. I've been using it everyday for work for about six months. I carry everything but the kitchen sink with me each day :D - laptop, mice, headset, books, papers, personal stuff and there is still plenty of room. The only down side with that is you can pack so much in, it can become quite heavy. But wearing it on my back is fine. I get lots of positive remarks on it. Love the carry handles when not on my back. Has the best combination of pockets - the external hold an umbrella comfortably and also a large drink bottle. The only pocket I would add is one for smaller items like usb drives etc so they don't swim around in the larger pockets. Otherwise ... as Mary Poppins would say ... practically perfect in every way! :D Thanks Hap Tim - love your stuff!

So clever to use the "doctor bag" style opening. Easy packing and retrieval. Well made, stylish enough without looking like you're hiking the backcountry Olympics. Intend to travel. When full I don't think it will fit under a Delta aisle seat: no problem, I added a stuff sack of essentials to pull out before stowing up above.Re security : the front pockets, clearly not , but to get into the top you have to undo the snap of the carry handles and unzip sideways, then pull out; if someone makes it to the third move they've got full access while you're wearing it. But before that you will easily know someone is having a go at your bag. It's lined and padded. I put a hard plastic liner inside, at the bottom, to deter penknives....

I have only had this a few days and I am in love. I needed a backpack due to shoulder and neck pain from my tote bag. This bag can handle all my teacher gear: planner, notebook, book, folders with papers to grade, pencil pouch, make up bag, water bottle, umbrella, Baggalini purse, graphing calculator, and phone. Even with all this, it is still fairly slim on the profile and feels lightweight--no pain! My favorite feature is that is stands alone and stays open so no more fussing about with frumpy bags. The zippers seem sturdy and the stitching is good. I like the number of pockets: not so many that I forget where things are but enough to keep everything from becoming clutter salad at the bottom of the bag. The green color is lovely, a deep teal green with a lighter mint panel. Liner is grey stripe as in the description. I am excited to use this and excited about the quality for a low price. I feel it will also be good for travel.

bought this for over 1-2 months already, use it everyday to carry laptop, toys, notebooks and it's holding surprisingly well. I thought the seams on the upper part of the back strap will eventually loosen up but it didn;t. I put it on and off multiple times a day because I am always on the go. LOVE that it has so many pockets to organize my stuff. and love the wide anello-type opening- it prevents the bag from falling off to the side when you place it on the floor, and makes it easy to grab things inside
