After a few days so far so good. I’ve seen the reviews about the screw and the bottom red base screw breaking. I assembled it with stronger screw/bolt for $5 from hardware store. The pump was having trouble pumping the bag to firm and had to use a bike pump. I was able to get 50lbs of sand into the plastic base and another 25lbs (used ziploc bags with duct tape) into the donut bag. I haven’t had any issues with the base moving at all with some good force. Will update if needed if base leaks or breaks.

なかなか良くできています。実際はゆっくり動く大きなバッグと素早い小さいバッグの2通りです。中に黒い棒を入れると早くなる様な宣伝表記ですが、これはスプリングの中に棒が入り、ただバネが動かなくなるだけなので、コブラバッグになっていません、意味不明です。 動画に載せましたが、実際殴ってみると2つのバッグの跳ね返りは動画より体感速度は速く感じられます。こんな物がもっと昔に作れなかったのかな？昭和の技術で作れるのに…と若い時にこれで練習できなかったのを残念に思います。 欲を言えばもう一段階早い動きが欲しかったと思いますが、それでも充分トレーニングになると思いますね。 土台のオモリはタンクに水をフルにいれ、オモリバックに使ってなかった2.5kgのダンベルプレートを120度間隔で6枚入れました。ちょうど15kg。ペットボトルじゃ無理ですね、ダンベルプレートはオススメです。 音は動画ではバネの音が大きく聞こえますが実際はこの半分くらいです。
