While the package was very well protected upon arrival, we found that the wires were actually attached incorrectly and there was no way to install it without removing the wire supports (not the one with electrical inside) for all 3 rings, and reattaching the right way up. Not sure if others have had this issue but it was obvious when we could not have all 3 rings hanging down correctly.We opted for the galaxy ring look and with 8ft ceilings the chandelier had to be retracted quite a bit. The wires they provide for hanging allow this chandelier to work with 8, 10, 12ft ceilings. Any higher and I don't think the wires would be long enough. For 8ft ceilings we wanted the "center" of the galaxy structure to be 1ft off, this required us to retract the wires almost all the way and for us to clip the excess wires (again, do not clip the wire with electrical inside) to allow for more room within the black base.Very pleased with the install and guests always comment how nice it looks!

The light arrived later than estimated (5 days later) so I had to reschedule my electrician but with covid19 going on, I was patient and hoped it would arrive. I was so excited when I got my package. I had my electrician test it prior to doing the full install on the ceiling to make sure it worked and it worked beautifully. He got it installed but we had to switch out the switches 3 times before it worked. This was because initially, it was attached to a dimmer switch. Not to use as a dimmer because I knew that wasn’t possible but because it attached to our phones in the Home app but it still didn’t work although some ppl have said you can attach it to dimmers but use the remote only. So we switched it to a three way switch and that did not work either. We had to use a single switch at the bottom of the stairs with the lutron smart switch with a pico remote at the top of the stairs to be able to have a switch upstairs and downstairs for the light. The light is a clean white light and goes beautifully with our 5k recessed lights. While it has a good amount/enough light for us on the stairs, it’s not overly, blinding bright. The dimming through the remote it comes with is nice. We had the small issue that our cords were tangled once we installed and finally removed the ties but we emailed the seller with the email they provided in the package with a picture of our light and they emailed us back almost instantly with a picture of our light in the video followed by a video of how to fix our cords. It was super easy to do. Just keep in mind, there are one set of the cords the do not come out or didn’t for us atleast but we were able to still fix our cords within minutes after being installed. Overall, we are very pleased and happy we chose this light and seller. I’ll try to post a video of my light.

The style and color of this light is exactly what I wanted. The light was easy to install and it comes with a video in case you need help. What i do not like is the long delay before the light actually comes on. There is about a 5 second delay from when you flip the switch to when the light actually turns on. This makes me second guess whether or not I will keep the light. There are also K buttons on the remote that I have no clue what they do. Besides those things the light is gorgeous just not sure if I can deal with the delay.

I received the chandelier promptly and was excited to install it. I loved the over all appearance but I disliked the cold 6000k light and the long pause between flipping the switch and the lights coming on. When I brought my concerns to the Deralan customer service team, they were happy give me $50 back which I used to purchase 16 ft of 3000k LEDs and a new transformer. Now that I've swapped in the new LEDs and transformer the light is the perfect color and it comes on instantly. I highly recommend this product to anyone who likes 6000k light or who has at least beginner level soldering skills.

It’s looks good. Have seen similar for cheaper on eBay so a little pricy. The biggest complaint I have is it takes too long to actually come on. I wish there was a way to fix it. My other lights on circuit are instant and this has some weird delay in power. The adjusting is fairly easy.

We replaced our old living room ceiling fan with this light. It was very easy to install. We watched a YouTube video that showed how to install it. The light dims nicely via the remote control.

This is a beautiful light! I love that it is also dimmable which is great for differnt moods. The only downside is it takes a while to turn on...

Modern chandelier. Good quality and fairly easy to install with 2 people. Comes with many different functions in terms of controlling brightness. Highly recommend
