Easy Choice and Fast Customer Service
This is a fairly turnkey solution to managing displays and menus. We create our own content and find the XOGO software to work very well and reliably across multiple devices. I had an instance, recently, where I needed to reach out to customer service to replace a missing power cable from a recent order. It was super fast to use their customer site. An agent asked about where to mail the replacement part, and then I received the tracking number and it arrived quickly. Super helpful folks and quick... actual humans too! There are choices, XOGO is a good one.

the IOS app doesn't work - no support either
The IOS app crashes whenever you try and add a player. Tried the app on 3 different ipads. It says customer service within 24 hours...this is false. I do not recommend buying this.

Good unit so far...
The XOGO box is easy to use and so far so good. I think their instructions and troubleshooting could be better re Bluetooth and wifi; even though it's most likely an issue at my end. The player was delivered without a suitable power point adapter which made it impossible for me to use - however, XOGO contacted me directly, apologized and sent a new one express post.

There is a prominent message displayed on the screen that seems deliberately designed to obstruct the content, creating a frustrating user experience. It appears as if this message is strategically placed to encourage users to upgrade to the paid system. This approach not only diminishes the value of the free service but also leaves a negative impression on loyal customers like me.I have reached out to your company regarding this issue, but unfortunately, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my concerns. This lack of communication is particularly disappointing, as it goes against the excellent customer service I have come to expect from your brand.I genuinely love your products and want to see your company thrive, but I also believe in the importance of transparency and fair customer treatment.
