Easy to remove but defective
The pans were amazingly easy to use. The batter didn’t leak at all. They cooked evenly. The top pops right off and using the parchment paper makes it easy to release the cake from the bottom. I made sure to dry them right after washing to prevent rust forming at the rolled edges.My only concern is that one of the bottom rings had the nonstick coating chip off with my first use. It is where it’s under the rim for the top, so I think it can still be used. If it continues to chip away, it won’t be safe for cooking.

Defective paint/finish
Gray paint came off in flakes after first use and contaminated cake. Poorly finished and manufacturer must not be concerned with customers ingesting paint.

The nonstick came off from a gentle wash after use.
