Excellent for Acid Reflux
I have GERD (Acids Reflux) and this is the only product that calms it down when the medicine I am taking does not always work. Plus, if you have gas pains, it works well in as little as 5 minutes. I have tried other products but they need to work better. It can at times be hard to find since not every drugstore carries it. Amazon always has it at a good price.

Does the job
Out of all the antacids I’ve tried, Gelusil is the most effective in soothing my tumultuous tummy. Not bad tasting either!
