Since it "Fits most vacuum brands" I thought I'd take my chances to see if it fit my Miele. It turns out the crevice tool fits but the other two do not and the adaptor doesn't help. Since Miele is not listed explicitly in the "including" list, I'm not docking a point for that.I got this because of the crevice tool for between car seats and console, getting fuzz off the refrigerator coil, and dryer lint. It fits the Miele just fine. However it is bent to fit in the packaging and doesn't easily unbend. I tried soaking it in hot water and putting weights on it overnight, but it is still bent like it is in the package. That's OK or the car and dryer, but the bend is a pain getting it under the stove or refrigerator. So four starts. I like it, but it isn't ideal.For the record:There appear to be two primary sizes of attachments. American are 1-1/4" and European are 35 mm (about 1.35"). There are four parts in the kit:- Crevice tool fits both. The attachment is stepped; the outer part is 35mm and further down it is 1-1/4". You'll need between 2" and 2.5" of straight length to get into the 1-1/4" section.- The dusting brush and pet hair tool are 1-1/4" only.- There is an adaptor that is 1-1/4" on one side and 35 mm on the other. But both of these are "male" outside diameters. So it won't adapt from a male 35 mm hose (the Miele) to a female 1-1/4" attachment. I would need a 35 mm female to 1-1/4" male adaptor for this to work on my Miele. I'm not sure what the adaptor is for.

The long, flexible crevice tool, alone, is worth the price. We use it to vacuum deep inside our front-opening dryer (which traps some lint in the lint trap and some in the dryer beyond the lint trap.)

The HomeSource Detail kit is a useful accessory for your canister vacuum.The "flexible" crevice tool is bendable, but stiffer than I expected. The tip on the end loses effectiveness if the slot in the side is not pressed against the upholstery. So, while the slot allows picking up debris trapped inside the cushion gaps, it is ineffective in trying to suck up crumbs in corners of the floor.The adapter is a good idea if your hose diameter is just a little different from the tools in this kit, but I did nor need it.The scavenger tip is actually best for cleaning out cushion gaps as well as vacuuming the top surfaces of the upholstery.The dashboard brush includes little vinyl fingers outside the bristles that may help loosen stubborn dirt.What's missing is a wall rack to hold all the attachments.

I'm just not impressed with the quality of this product. The long hose is permanently bent in a 'U' shape and very difficult to use in tight places because it's not very flexible, kinda makes it worthless. The brush attachment has bristles that are too short, so the plastic on the end ends up scraping whatever I'm trying to vacuum. Longer, softer bristles would help it get into small crevices like in between keyboard keys. I don't even know what to do with a couple of the other attachments, they're just too awkward to figure out. Overall very cheap and worthless.

This is one of those, "why didn't I think of that" products. The little brush and wide mouth attachments are great for cleaning under the fridge, in hard to read spots in cars, etc. The only reason for the 4 vs 5 stars is that the curved attachement is a strange one. None of us can figure out if it's supposed to stay bent or straighten out. It's flexible, but we're afraid it might break if we bend it too much. It really seems as though would be a great tool if it was straight, for getting at hard to reach spots. If it should be straight, it should be sent as such, not bent to fix into the box for packaging. Other than that, it's a great set.

This is a very nice set of accessories to use with a vacuum. We have a Vacu-Maid central vacuum in our home, and this accessory set fits perfectly on the end of the nozzle for vacuuming in tight spaces. There is a wedge-shaped attachment that is clearly designed to vacuum between car seats or cushions on a couch. A smaller attachment with a brush on it is handy for vacuuming pet hair off chairs or the carpet in cars. We have several cats in our home, and I used it to vacuum off cat hair from the fabric seats on our chairs. It works great. The real star of the bunch, though, is the long and thin attachment that is just perfect for vacuuming lint out of a dryer that is missed by the lint screen. As another reviewer commented, this attachment alone makes the purchase of this set worthwhile. The hose is fairly rigid and, unlike hoses sold on the internet solely for dryer lint removal, this hose will not collapse in on itself while vacuuming. All of the attachments are made of thick, firm plastic that feels like it will hold up under a lot of abuse.This set of tools is designed to work with most common vacuums. There is even an adapter included to help it fit other vacuums. It works great with our central vac system, and I anticipate it would work equally well with most portable and upright vacuums. For the money it is well worth the purchase to simplify keeping your vehicle interiors clean, areas between cushions on the couch clean, and keeping lint out of the dryer.
