On expensive side but quality/fragrance is top notch

Two friends of mine introduced me to Pecksniff's hand soap when they bought the soap as a gift for me. I have been hooked ever since. This review is of the Sandalwood and Vanilla, but I also have purchased Citrus Spice and Winter Jasmine, which is a limited edition, Lavender and White Tea, Bergamot and Thyme and some other citrus scent that I can no longer seem to find on Amazon. The scents are lovely. The containers are made of some plastic material but do not look cheap, most likely because the soaps are different colors and you have a pretty block of color on your countertop - blue (sandalwood) or some shade of yellow (citrus) or lavender (for lavender and white tea, of course). I have never had a problem with the pump handles, which is an issue for other products where the pump locks up or won't pump properly. Excellent products. I highly recommend.

The Pecksniff products are consistently good and have a strong scent (which I like for hand soap in the bathroom). The scent on this one isn't too bad but it seems more perfumie than I would expect from the name of the scent (sandalwood, vanilla). I knew going in that buying a product with a scent online was risky and I have learned my lesson well.

I ordered this for my powder room where I frequently wash my hands. I love it. I previously used the brand Soft Soap, but since the arrival of the pandemic, I have been unable to find it. This is so elegant and the sandalwood scent so superior to anything I have previously used. Great product. I'll never be satisfied with Soft Soap again.
