This book is really giving strategies about small things in life that look overwhelming for people with ADHD. Helped me a lot. Paper quality is also good

Are you a messy ADHD-er?? A MUST read!
I don’t think I’ve ever been so positively impacted by a “self-help” book in my entire life. I saw myself (and my husband!) in the pages of this book so many times. I laughed, I cried, and best of all it has helped us change our systems at home. It’s a process, it’s not easy but so many tips, tricks and ideas spoke to me directly because she speaks to the ADHD and I’ve never been able to have someone come through to me like that. (I listened to the audio book before buying this paperback…). Check it out if you’re struggling with keeping organized and keeping a tidy home with an ADHD brain, I’m sure this will help you kick start your journey like it did for me!

A must read for the wandering mind.
Great effort and great insight into a couple who has adhd. It was also eye-opening for me to know that symptoms of everyone is different and one treatment fits all doesn't work for everyone. Go glad I bought this book.

Helpful steps clearly stated
I have marked this book up. I appreciate that the author has ADHD. The examples are totally relatable. I refer to the book constantly to review the suggestions. One of them is to clear out the inbox to 0 every few days. That is a challenge! I also have placed note taking devices around the house so that every thought and idea can be written down right away.
