They arrived on time but one is smashed to pieces. The box is labelled fragile but there was nothing inside to prevent this from happening. No foam, tissue paper or bubble wrap. The box was placed within a box with a bit of cardboard paper on top. The 5 that survived look lovely but it’s annoying and disappointing I now have to chase the seller for a replacement. I’m also slightly worried the 5 intact won’t last long given the journey they’ve had but as they’re not chipped or scratched I feel I have no choice but to keep them
