Great high quality product, easy to install, extremely well packaged. I purchased from "Need Plumbing Supplies" and they were great. Great packaging so everything arrived in perfect condition, very fast shipping, quick response to my inquiries.Product works well, with simple assembly - you will need to purchase a wax ring, toilet seat, toilet bolts and I added a new flexible stainless supply line - as these do not come with the toilet. I'd also suggest some toilet shims just in case you need them.I would recommend both the product - there are not a ton of 10" rough toilets - as well as "Need Plumbing Supplies" as a seller.

The plumber didn’t listen when we told him that we would install 2” insulation board, plywood and paneling. So he did not leave enough space for a toilet to be installed. Luckily we found this, as, from our research, it is the only toilet that would fit. It is installed and works great, looks good too.

The tank was broken when it arrived, and was sent back. Strangely, it wasn't ordered from Home Depot, but it came from Home Depot.

I never thought I'd be writing a review on a toilet, but these Toto products are terrific. I had purchased one for my guest bathroom and my plumber told me it was a great choice to replace a nearly 30-year-old toilet that occasionally clogged, likely due to crystal and other build-up over the years. Guess that toilets don't last forever!I'm now remodeling my master bath and an en-suite guest bath and so I purchased two more. I'm done remodeling for the moment but I do have one more guest bath and, when I am ready to tackle that one, it will be a Toto toilet.By the way, separately I purchased a Toto bidet toilet seat after enjoying bidet toilets that are everywhere in Japan. It is not yet installed but when it is, I'll write a review. I expect to love it!

Nicely made with very good glazing. The base is built very close to the flange so the flooring has to be tight around that flange or it will show. The flush is a load throat clearing gurgle so if your bathroom is not somewhat insulated this could be annoying. It flushes well and rarely needs a second flush. We would buy this again.

Toto makes a great product. However, purchase with caution from Amazon. The tank was shattered when received. Since we were in the middle of a remodel we didn't open the box until 5-7 days after delivery and then realize the condition. We were told we had 48 hours to contact if there was damage - I couldn't find where that information was posted. The seller would not send us a new tank but we could return the whole toilet? Which obviously is a huge hassle. **Note: customer service was pleasant but a little on the slow side to respond** Anyway, we ended up going to Build.com and just ordering another tank since they have the option to buy separately, which cost another $115 (fast free shipping). We have two other bathrooms to remodel and we will buy from a local store or if needed order from build.com. Overall it's not easy to find a 10" rough-in toilet with a good flush - I would recommend this product it looks nice and works well.

The unit flushes almost silently and much less likely to have the back spray of a normal toiletIt seems to almost suck down the stool instead of power down from the top.I think it uses even less water than its rating suggest

This toilet was the perfect answer to an issue. I just pur chased an older home. I had a toilet leaking. I did all the usual steps and after measuring realized my rough in was 9". I read this was 1 of 3 toilets recommended to fix this issue. It was easy to install and no problems since.
