Sadly disappointed that the description doesn't match the product. I should have read reviews first. Item received was clearly labeled "Made in China" and in a clear case. No Kemper label, no carded label, etc. Seeking a refund for "item not as described"

I was sent fraud product. Kemper is an American brand and this is advertised as Kemper brand made in USA tools. Kemper has a great reputation with ceramic artists. What I received was bendable poor quality Made in China product that was labeled clearly as made in China with details then a sticker was placed on top saying it was Kemper brand. The tools I received were also not as pictured, they were different shapes and came in a clear plastic bag not the Kemper trademarked and copyrighted labeling as shown in the product description photo at the time my order was placed.

I use KEMPER tools at my studio and these definitely aren’t it. Don’t bother buying these, they aren’t the tools you’re looking for. Shame on me for not reading the reviews first.
