PERFECT!
We were trying to find this product locally, but couldn't. After buying a huge bottle in Bermuda years ago, we wanted to give our son, who cooks, a bottle as well. Thank goodness you had these bottles of gold that we could surprise him with and look forward to having a spoonful on some of his dishes. It's not too spicy but, rather, PERFECT!

Memories of a Beautiful Island
I was born in Bermuda & hve returned a couple of times to visit as an adult. The flavor is as much nostalgic as it is delicious! I particularly like it in beef stew.
