Really hard to use. No adjustments for height. Presses into your chest and can hurt. Awkward.

It actually works
Been using the kruncher for 3 months and I have definitely noticed a difference in my abs. Extremely convenient and easy to use. Also tried some of the exercises they show on their website for the arms. This is my third ab product and I am definitely getting rid of the other two.
