Llego dañada y con defecto, pero funciona muy bien.
La caja venia abierta y golpeada, revisando la cafetera llego con múltiples daños físicos en todas partes, rayones, manchas, golpes, con la tapa chueca, un pedazo de fierro atravesado en el filtro y hasta el manual venia sucio. Como lo compre con Amazon USA no hacen cambios y no lo pude devolver y comprar otro porque le aumentaron el precio. Lo revise con servicio a cliente y no me dieron ninguna solución.Supongo va a funcionar bien pero es una lastima que me decidí por esta por ser Bialetti, una marca "premium" y mejor que las copias más baratas, y que llegue toda maltratada. En fin quede muy decepcionada.ACTUALIZACIÓN 1 semana despues: subi de 1 a 3 estrellas ya que ha funcionado muy bien y se ve de buen material y durable, el acero no se ha manchado ni nada y el café sale muy bien. Ojalá bialetti mejore su empaque ya que el de ahora no es protector y llegan rayados y con detalles.

Excellent coffee maker
I really like this coffee maker. I bought the 2, 4 and 6 cup to replace my old traditional aluminium Bialetti cafetières, which don't work on our new induction hob. Some reviews that they don't work on induction hobs, but I took a chance and bought the 4 cup one. I tried it on my induction hob with no success, as the hob decided it wasn't big enough. I was about to send it back when I decided to try it on the smallest hob, and it worked there. Hurray!! I then bought the 6 cup and 2 cup, although I wasn't very hopeful that the 2 cup would work, as it is actually quite small, but it works too! For your reference, my induction hob is an AEG IKE84441FB. The cafetière is definitely made of stainless steel and makes an excellent coffee. Just make sure you don't overfill it with water. Follow the instructions and fill with water up to the valve. Like with all Moka cafetières make sure you brew the coffee at a low heat to get more strength and flavor. It's easy to clean and always shiny. So, the final verdict is: definitely an excellent and stylish machine that makes a lovely Italian coffee, but it might not work on all induction hobs. ☕🙂
