AveenoKefir Probiotic Blend Shampoo, 12oz

Shampoo is ok, though it doesn't leave the feeling of smoothness

This shampoo is my holy grail product. Seriously. I have a sensitive scalp that gets itchy easily, and anti-dandruff shampoos are just too intense/medicated/heavy for me, also I have reactions to tea tree oil, so I was pretty well convinced that my sensitive and itchy scalp was a forever problem. After extensive Googling, I found this shampoo and decided to try it, and it changed everything. My scalp is happy, my hair is gorgeous and healthier than ever, and I absolutely love this blend! All people with a sensitive scalp should try this shampoo, you will not be disappointed! Aveeno, please bring this shampoo back! I will be a loyal customer for life, this shampoo is my absolute favorite!!

We like to think we get to decide what product we use on our hair/skin, but in truth our hair/skin has the final say as to what we can/cannot use. I have Lupus and also Sjogren's- an autoimmune disease that attacks the moisture producing glands of the body (amongst other symptoms), which means I'm a chronic desert! This takes a toll on my skin and hair. I've spent 100s and 100s of dollars on products, but besides CeraVe lotion, all my skin and hair like is Aveeno products- this shampoo in particular; their Lavender Stress Relief Body Wash is the other. It does something my hair like, gives it just extra body (which is a miracle, as I have extremely fine/thin hair. I LOVE Aveeno!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had dry scalp itch or flakes and I’m hyper sensitiveBUT you will need a conditioner that’s packed with moistureDespite lathering up a small amount in my hands and then only applying to scalp my hair is left dry but I continue to use because everything else makes my scalp a complete mess

I wish it wasn’t so expensive because I would love to stock up on it

No scalp itch- a very nourishing shampoo, leaves hair soft and bouncy. I like to lather and leave it in for the duration of my shower so the kefir probiotics can really soak into the scalp. I used to spend $30 on DrGroot, which is good and stopped my scalp itch, but this does the same for $6.95 and smells better!
