Estwing’s E2H carpenter’s hatchet is a great tool!
I have loved the feel of the leather grip, and the solid build of my Dad’s Estwing hammer. My Personal Tomahawk
Wanted one of these since I was a kid. My own personal Tomahawk! Seriously I needed a hammer and a hatchet, so why not get this classic tool. Of course it's as good as the brand is and I'm very happy with it. Only reason didn't get the leather shaft version is because I needed a lanyard hole. Estwing should really remedy this. The axe blade was as dull as a butter knife, but I honed it up to arm hair shaving sharpness, so I'm glad I also got the Estwing sheath which really looks cool. 👍🏼👌

Excellent quality and very useful
As you would expect with Estwing (I already have one of their claw hammers) it's beautifully made, with the leather washer handle, and the hammer and blade combination is well balanced. Very pleased overall.
