Best non-pasta pasta I've tried! Mild taste, excellent texture, and holds the sauce much like regular pasta. Rinse well and use the same way you'd use other noodles. Great low calorie alternative.Try the rice too!

All these noodles made with konjac flour are actually the best keto/low-carb pasta and rice substitutes that I have yet tried! My husband even likes them, and he’s very picky with that kind of stuff. They are expensive but, for people who love pasta and want to stick with a keto diet, I highly recommend them!

Great replacement and takes on the flavor of the sauce you put over it.

Extra chewy noodles here. Not an extremely pleasurable dining experience but the taste is fine and the numbers (calories, carbs, etc.) are great. Kinda sorry I bought 6 bags of this but I'll live. Also, keep an eye out for them in your stool; almost completely intact!

Pricey but a good pasta substitute.

Love these konjac noodle/rice products. I have to stay very low calorie and low carb most of the time, and besides my big salads few foods give me a nice full feeling without too many calories or carbs. I've tried all the major konjac/shirataki noodles/rice brands, and these have the best texture by far, with the least of the fishy smell. None of these products has much taste by itself, so you add seasonings, sauces, or put in soups, stews, etc. I use more of the noodles than rice, but make a couple tasty soups with these, like chicken & rice, lemon chicken, etc; and in asian dishes.

There IS a foul fishy odor, I did wash the noodles over & over in cold water, let them soak. I could smell it faintly while boiling. I couldn't get past the odor, in thought, while trying to eat them - but then... Have you ever chewed on a rubber band? That IS the texture. I gave up pasta for the Keto diet. I really wanted to find something, I miss spaghetti, but not bad enough to eat these noodles. I did drown them in sauce. The other 5 packs will sit until they expire. This is an honest review. If you are into Vegan you may like these, if you love bad food, you won't. Just watch your portions on regualr pasta, sacrifice not having it at all for awhile, go organic, but don't bother. It is NOT worth the money. I am a very open minded food person, these simply. So gross.

I love this product. I have bought it twice and I am reordering now again. It does have a fishy smell when you open the package, but once you wash it well twice, the smell goes away completely. It does have a rubbery texture. Vut come on! It can't not taste, look, and fill like real pasta, and still not have te calories of pasta. This is filling and my family and I love it.
