Comes from China grows on tree bark. Swanton known for high quality. Reishe really works well for me. Significant improvements in autoimmune disease after 3 months also increased energy

Per Consumer Labs, it was reformulated in 2021 and now contains mycelium in addition to fruiting bodies (the 'mushroom' part). While this supplement did help me it also cause me a serious lower GI bleed and I had to stop taking it. Please consult your doctor before trying this.
