There isn't much to this adapter. M39 on one side and Fuji X on the other.If the lens is not oriented correctly, they include an hex key that allows you to adjust the M39 ring/tread to correct.

[Fotasy Adjustable Leica M39 Lens to Fuji X Adapter]I bought a Voigtlander (leica screw mount) lens for my fuji X-T30 last month. However, I had this misaligned issue (see picture 1 and 2) which bothered me for a long time. Finally, I found this Fotasy "adjustable" adapter. It works like a magic. You literally can adjust the lens to the center very easily. Now I can see my aperture and focus rings properly (see picture 3). Very happy with this adapter. Good quality too. Highly recommend to everyone!

Very pleased with this item. I bought the Fuji XF - LTM model and everything fits perfectly. The Fuji side feels like it was made by Fuji. Not too tight and not loose and no scraping feeling from bad machining. Just right. The LTM screw threads are well machined as well and feel good while mounting my lens. Everything fits perfectly. The materials feel premium. I don’t think there are any plastic parts at all. It’s breathed new life into my Canon 50/1.4. Worth every penny

The Fotasy adapter for Fuji X-to-M39/L39 is great. It's slim, lightweight, aluminum construction looks nice on the camera and the adapts M39 lenses perfectly. I also purchased the basic Nikon version (also works well, has a somewhat dinky lens release tab, though) and the Olympus OM version (doesn't work, lens mount side is way too tight to mount lenses without exerting unsafe torque, tried 2 examples and sent both back). The M39 adapter is great, though. On all three versions, the Fuji X side of the adapter fit the mount perfectly.
