This product does everything it says it supposed to do, however after having it on for a couple hours it started breaking out my neck.

Not sure if this one was made on a Friday in China, but it only worked for about a week and half and then I started having issues with my customers not being able to hear me. Sent the sell an email and I am pending feedback at this time.
