Comfortable Cute Panda Eye Mask with Removeable Ice Bag Relieves Insomnia and Stress 5#

I was under the assumption this was supposed to come with a removable piece that could be put in the freezer. Mine has a slit so that you can put the freezer piece in but it did not come with the little ice pack. I am contacting the company and I will update to let you know what happensUpdate: the seller contacted me very quickly and told me that the reason I did not get the ice pack was because there was an issue with shipping liquids. They were very nice about it however I feel as though this should be mentioned somewhere as it is a focal point of the item. I have decided to return the item. If it would have come complete I'm sure it would have worked perfectly fine.

This mask did not include the advertised ice pack which it said was included.Not happy.

Very cute but the eyes are not glued on well. Also the inside is not that soft.

A bit of light seeps through at the bottom but if I close my eyes, I won't notice. It works great, and I appreciate the cool pad.

This is a cute and comfortable sleep mask and I love the gel insert. I've got much better sleep since purchasing this mask and my 5 year old loves when I wear it. For the price you can't beat it!
