I've been fighting tennis elbow, treating it with anti-inflammatories and as much rest as possible, but the pain has only increased. After reading about braces and finding this one seemed to be the same basic fit as those a bit more expensive, I tried it. I have found that with proper placement (I went online and found a great instructive video to ensure proper fit: [...]) the pain is immediately reduced to the point where I can grasp items again. I have small arms, but I was able to pull the brace tight by slipping one of the lips in with the main strap and pulling a bit harder. While a strap alone won't fix tennis elbow, it has certainly helped with the pain during this past week of use. It's the middle of the summer in Texas, but it hasn't felt particularly hot on my arm. The materials are as sturdy as any other type of brace I've had (I have a knee brace of the same material that I have had for years, wearing a lot at first and occasionally over time).When I made the purchase it was less expensive than other brands, but I did not see anything that indicated my pricing was in exchange for pricing. As the previous reviews had all noted they were in exchange for low pricing, it can give one pause in this day and age of reviews, even when reviews are by people who appear completely honest. This review is based on a purchase made without extra incentive, and I still agree with the reviews I read (so thanks, everyone, for your honesty).

I really had my doubts about this since it hurt slightly more when I put it on. I had been in pain for 2 weeks when I decided to see a doctor and she recommended I tried this. All I can say is that when I took it off that evening, the pain seemed to have gone down and there was nothing else I could attribute it to. So I decided to continue the experiment and wore it at intervals the following few days and the pain went down a little more every time. After wearing for just 4 days, the pain was mostly gone and I am VERY thankful.

I like the quality of the brace and it puts pressure where I want it. My only issue is that it is adjustable on both sides. My arms are not big so I cannot make it as tight as I'd prefer because if you tighten both sides, the second adjustment gets caught up on the first and won't attach. I think it would be better if it had the velcro around for one adjustment and a fixed side on the other.

This item does help with the pain of tennis elbow. I would not recommend it for long term use due to the restriction of blood flow that occurs. I did find it helpful to wear this when I needed to use my arm and could not rest it but I would recommend removing it when you are able to rest your arm.

Not recommended to anyone with a small forearm. Hard to adjust and doesn't get tight enough to do any good.

It fits well, isnt bulky or uncomfortable. Its easy to use & wear. Does halp ease the pain when wearing it.

Good product, well constructed and fit for purpose. The material is soft against the skin and non irritant whilst also being sturdy enough to be effective. I find this useful for my tennis elbow and the online video the instructions point you to for how to use it was helpful.

I have large forearms and yet this too big for me. Not able to sufficiently tighten it to have any benefit on my elbow.

I bought this product for my wife, who says it is doing a great job for her and wearing it as allowed to undertake her daily routine as per normal.

Received and looks good but at moment elbow is pain free so have not used the brace yet.

Surprised how well this works. Try to wear it whenever I'm doing any DIY and I don't get elbow pain. When I forget to use it and do some DIY, the pain comes back - I'm convinced it really helps.

Wouldn't buy this ever again - it gives no support as described and will request a refund

I struggled with the rating I should give, because when the brace works, it helps a little. However, it doesn't always work.I viewed their video on how to wear it, and as long as I am seated it is fine-- but when I walk around it slides down my arm. I have tried tightening the strap, without success. I thought that the sleeve of a sweater would keep it in place, but the brace still works it way down.I contacted the suppliers, but their rather useless advice was simply "Watch the video". Unfortunately, in order to make the video international there are no written or spoken instructions, and certainly no help when it doesn't work as advertised. It doesn't work for me, so I cannot recommend it.
