I have yonked Burgens, knapsacks, backpacks, and side packs in the past, but as a simple day sack this one is for me by far the best. Comfortable to the point I am unaware of the weight of all the stuff I have in it.

HiI bought the Larswon Sling Backpack, Sling Bag for Laptop, Crossbody Bag on 04/10/18 so it beyond Amazon's 30 day returns.Although I am generally pleased with the bag (with the exception of the long strap mentioned in the reviews), the zip for the large back compartment has today broken.According to the products description it has a "100% Lifetime Guarantee". How can I return to seller for a replacement?

Capacity is a little low
This single strap bag is one of the biggest ive seen around but the capacity is still a lot small than i expected. If the front two pockets had pleats in the material then the capacity could have been much better. Instead you can barely slide loose papers in the front pockets which is a poor design.
