Black Seed Oil is a great supplement for reducing blood sugar!
Diagnosed as a pre-diabetic with a high A1C blood test, my husband's physician prescribed him Metformin to help regulate his blood sugar. My husband decided that, before starting the prescription, he would address this health concern with diet, supplements and exercise. We read that Black Cumin Seed Oil could result in reduced fasting glucose, decreased insulin resistance, and increased beta-cell function. It couldn't hurt and it might even help! Great stuff but they won't ship to PO Box
I am really pleased with the quality of this product. I have noticed an improvement in my joint function and originally ordered it for help with a sinus and bronchial infection that was kicking my butt. When it arrived I started taking it two times a day and within three days the problem was cleared up! I now take it every once every day. I only gave it four stars to draw attention to the face that when I ordered it in January they shipped it to my PO Box, but when I re ordered the checkout wouldn't ship it to a PO Box. I had to have it shipped via a relative because I don't get home delivery where I live, and I can't find an answer to why it can't be shipped to my PO Box.

I use these for general health
The capsule is easy to swallow with No after taste,but I have not noticed any difference in my health after taking them for several months .
