Very easy to install and the water tastes great, which is no taste at all.It came with a number of fittings, which were very useful and plenty of tubing.I highly recommend it and would definitely buy it again.

A different, lower-quality brand was delivered, it was a scam

This kit is great and for the price it’s a great option for healthy great tasting water without all the bs. The only thing is to make sure you buy the kit for you unit. The 5 stage system I bought was made in the USA but this kit is for the system made with different size tubing. Nick from customer service was great when I called about this issue. He was able to help and get me the correct filter that will fit the fittings on my system.

I originally bought the unit at Home Depot online through Isprings Water Systems and five years after purchasing it, the middle housing cracked. I contacted Sean from Isprings and his customer service was absolutely amazing. He immediately sent me a brand new entire filtration unit free of charge without me even asking. I've never received such excellent customer service for an older purchase. Thank you very much Sean, I will always purchase from your company in the future. I installed it and everything is running smoothly again with no issues. I'm so grateful and look forward to always purchasing anything else I need from you and your company.
