This product is awesome! I watched a video where this was recommended, so I took a chance. We received it last night and have already used it multiple times. Has helped break up a knot in my shoulder that I've had for weeks. Also helped relieve lower back pain my husband and I have. My husband is a larger guy, and he was able to use just as easy as I can. Would highly recommend trying if you're thinking about it. I would definitely gift this to someone (my son!) if they were looking for similar product.

This massager works very well for pain and the stress in neck and shoulders. Using the machine in a recliner is not a good option as there won't be room for the machine and the head rest (in fact it's down right painful). The best option is a low back chair: kitchen chair or a bench, or even a front porch swing provided there is a power supply. The physics behind the design for the best possible outcome is, in my opinion, is resting your arms in the straps to provide the bodies own weight resistance against to impact while relieving neck pain. Also the arm straps help the nodes to erogonmically find the best way to fit on the body

This massager is everything!!! It gets down in the hard to work places. It has great adjustable pressure and speed. It works wonders on my back. Heads up… DO NOT OVERUSE! Once the cycle stops, you should stop. I made the mistake of going for round two and my back was incredibly sore the next day. I recommend you buy this massager! It’s so lovely!

Bought this because my boyfriend has some neck pain and it's been really painful. Saw the reviews and thought we'd try it. Got it out the box and it's kind of heavy, no big deal. Plugged it in and my bf was happy. Of course we had it the wrong way. I noticed there was a place to rest your head so turned it around and now my bf loves it even more. His neck pain isn't as bad, but he has found relief. Haven't tried the hot option yet. This is a pretty good massager. I think if you're in need of something try this.

The rotators are bigger then I had seen before but once it did its thing I was sold. Haven’t really felt much heat when option turned on but would need to test more before coming to a conclusion.

Fantastic massager. Strong motor. Use it on your neck and pull the straps to apply pressure on yourself. I’ve also sat on it on a squishy bed to relieve sciatic nerve pain. Quite useful!!

Even after this has sit out in the open for a few months, it still reeks of a gross chemical smell. It's so awful that I wear a mask when using it. I used a similar one at my sister's when I was visiting and got this because it has the car plug in feature which is awesome. But this one is almost too powerful. Like my neck hurts a little the next day (but not in a good way like I'm sore from a massage). Granted, I have major neck issues so it's probably not ideal for me, but I was hoping it would be more relaxing. My husband, who doesn't have neck issues, tried it and said it's too rough for him so maybe it's not just me. I will still use it but only occasionally or after my neck issues are resolved. Wish it didn't reek of chemicals, though.

You have to get use to it don't hold down to tight on it the first time but works great after you get use to it If your looking for a deep message this is the way to go and good price

Le sfere sono 4 e questo dovrebbe essere un bene ma in realtà sono così distanti che non riesci a massaggiare la schiena nella parte dx e sx contemporaneamente. Il tessuto è fragilissimo e si rompe subito. Peccato!
