Great!
I bought these to replace the wheels that came with my desk chair because my pup loves ripping up cardboard and leaving it under my wheels making it impossible to roll! These are great! They work so well and we’re easy to install! (my chair is from walmart for anyone wondering!)

Creates a tarry black gunk on the wheels that is very difficult to remove from clothing. - CORRECTED
While these wheels ride nicely, after a couple of years they create a black, tarry "gunk" on the wheels that rubs off on clothing and is very difficult to remove. I've attempted to contact the company about this to see what they would suggest but have not found an email address that works for contact. Once seller asked for photos in response to my question but there was no contact information so it'll have to be this way.I was wrong about the source of the "gunk" in the above review. I had oiled the bearings at the pivot above the wheel and it appears that the oil picked either steel or something else to create it. I cleaned the wheels with brake cleaner and don't have the problem any more so resist the temptation to add lubrication.

Can become clunky.
At times a wheel will be extremely loud like it is coming off, this is on carpet btw. Still, works really smooth besides that minor issue that is seldom an issue.

The only way to go! Works with WorkPro Quantum 9000Ergonomic Mesh Chair.
Why these are not standard on office chairs in the first place is beyond comprehension. I have unfortunately owned many office chairs which usually get replaced every 1-2 years. So, in my search for the perfect office chair which I thought I had found except for the endless reviews on how the casters (wheels) of the chair easily break and weren't readily available to replace as they weren't standard size had me ready to look elsewhere. But, it was one of those situations where your mind is made up so I asked myself what can I do to avoid the issue with the casters (wheels), which brought me to these rollerblade office chair wheels. There are several brands that I looked at and several reviews stated they owned the same chair that I was going to get (WorkPro Quantum 9000 Series Ergonomic Mesh Mid-Back Chair) and the wheels didn't fit. There was one review that said if you use a 7/16'" drill bit you can make it work. I didn't want to do that. I purchased the chair and then measured the casters (wheels). It wasn't an exact measurement but it was darn close and figured I had nothing to lose since I could return the rollerblade wheels if they didn't fit. Well, long story short they fit perfectly. No issues. Of course, the wheels add a little bit of height to your chair as the wheel itself is taller then the original casters (wheels) of the chair, however these rollerblade wheels are so much better than the standard office casters (wheels). Who knew...It is easier to maneuver the chair as well. The original casters (wheels) of the chair even though the chair is almost a $400 are made of cheap plastic so I could see where the original wheels would have easily broken, but not these new rollerblade office chair wheels. These wheels will out live the office chair itself no doubt and then just pop them off and put them on the new chair. As far as how the wheels handle on carpet I can't contest to as I still use a chair mat on my flooring but there is no issue with moving and using the chair with these wheels on a chair mat. In fact, have you heard of the old saying "once you tried it, you can't go back"? Well, I don't see me using the original casters (wheels) of any office chair from this day forward, just saying... This is the first brand I tried for these types of wheels. I asked a question of compatibility from several suppliers in which one person replied with a negative review. So, ultimately I decided on this brand and I have no complaints whatsoever with the product or its use. High quality and durable. The box that comes with the wheels can easily be used to store your original or (old) casters (wheels) in case you donate or give away the chair for easy switch out if want to keep these wheels which is what I plan on doing.

Office Casters
This was one of my most favorite purchases for just do it. I knew I had nothing to lose and more to gain. I went ahead and there is not single minute goes by and I wonder myself why I did not buy them sooner like 10 years sooner? They are nice easy to install and they clide so smooth that I find myslef playing with my office chair. I used to be still because I did not want to move in case I scratch the hardwood floors with my old casters, now I can not wait to slide around with no worries for the floor.

These Are Awesome!!!
I bought a gaming chair for my son and found one of the wheels was missing.Due to the plush carpet we have I was already worried about the wheels either breaking from the carpet or worse damaging my carpet.I saw these and was skeptical but they are AMAZING!!! Thinning about buying another set for the chair I sit on in my recording studio!

I'd give them 10 stars if I could, oh wait. I DID!
i"m a big guy and it seems no matter how much I would spend on a chair, they're always cheap out on the wheels. The fact that my dog(s) seem to hate their hair and lose it all the time doesn't help. I've hurt both myself and my chair wheels prying them off to remove dog hair from the shafts, often breaking them. Then I was reading an article about "Last minutes Xmas gifts for under $100 they'll thank you for" (or some such crap). I didn't even know that these were a thing. But I thought I could give them a try. WOOOOOWEEEEEE and ye-haw! It took me longer to take the photos then to change them out. As a bonus they add some height to the chair. As I said, I'm a big guy and it seems like every chair is low-to-the-ground and I have to struggle to get out of it. Please note, the first time you go to sit down, be careful, your chair will move so fast and so smooth, it might take off without you!As a bonus bonus, the edges are clear, so from a little distance it looks like the chair is floating. So coooooool. The only beef I have with them is when I went to put if for the warranty, I couldn't get there. I tried 4 different browsers on 2 different machines. I ended up having to go to the library and using their machines to finally get it. Usually I don't worry about that kind of thing, but these are so nice and since I plan on using the product a long long time, I wanted that lifetime warranty. Now I know that there are people on here who say they've found the exact same thing under a different brand name and that may be true, but I KNOW these work and work well. (and I'm loyal like that) Even if I had to pay a few bucks more, it's worth it. I've just ordered my second set for my office. While the wheels work fine, I want that extra heightThanks guys!

Best of breed
I've used other rollerblade-style office chair wheels that were also high quality, but these are a marginal improvement leaving me with no complaints. Compared to my previous set, these turn on their vertical axis more easily, resulting in easier small positional adjustments (whereas the others would resist until wheels were aligned, and as a result often divert the intended movement around the intended destination). This effect is not completely eliminated, but reduced enough to no longer be an annoyance, or even really noticable. My prior set was quite sturdy but this also meant a metal edge and pair of corners of the wheel fork sticking out from under the chair leg, which tended to hurt my feet. I'm glad to have that gone. This set is slightly lighter but still sturdy. My only caveat is that the plate making contact with the chair bottom is very narrow. My other set has a width matching that of the chair leg itself (as most wheels do) and this narrowness gives me slight concern of torque-wear on the chair attachment points themselves. That matched edge was also just a little nicer and would potentially protect the chair legs from getting dinged.

Best wheels ever for a desk chair
I purchased these wheels because I was changing over from carpet to hardwood flooring and I did not want one of those matts on my floor (they are ugly). It was so easy to change the wheels. All you do is pull out the old wheel and push in the new one. My son takes his chair around the 1st floor to get things out of the fridge. He says that it's so much more fun to spin around the house than it is to get up and walk. He wishes he could have races down my hallway (because I put these wheels on a second chair). luckily for me, my hallway isn't wide enough for 2 chairs to go down at the same time. They move so smoothly, I was shocked. It's like you are on roller skates but don't have to worry about your balance. I have bought 2 sets to date and will probably buy another for my other son. These are amazing. You have to try them. I'm sure that you are going to love them.

Looks and feels of high quality material
Shipment arrived on time as stated, I have not installed them as of yet, still waiting for the chair to arrive. The product looks and feel of high quality material, good weight, free wheeling movement and a life time warranty something I did not know at time of ordering. Very happy with purchase and I believe I will be after they are installed very excited will try and remember to come back and update. Rated product with 5 star all around confident in product.

Works Great
I have have replaced the original terrible casters in the Herman Miller Aeron in my home office with these, and my hardwood is thanking me. The glide very smoothly, are silent, don't scratch, and don't scuff. The only thing they are missing is a wheel lock, but I knew that when I bought them.

Excellent Wheels - Work OK on matte carpet
My $200 polycarbonate floor mat splintered to death in one year. I bought these wheels as a very economical alternative. I have shagless carpet and the wheels work OK on it. Carpet isn't the best surface for these wheels but they still do the job, and it's much better than the alternative of a floor mat. I found a good position for the chair so I don't have to move it around too much, but can make adjustments if necessary. All in all it's a great solution to costly mats that simply wear out. I'm very happy with the purchase.
