Lo spirito del barbecue è molto ben rappresentato, e alcune ricette non sono male come accostamento d'ingredienti; ma la maggior parte dei burgers sono una vera sfida all'apparato digerente, se non proprio al metabolismo lipidico in generale. Sfogliandolo, tra panini alti quasi mezzo metro mi sembra non si trovi una solo ricetta vegetariana, e forse andava concessa almeno mezza variante di scelta.Per il resto, da evitare chi ha problemi di colesterolo, consigliatissimo invece a camionisti e traslocatori, a chi svuota cantine o raccoglie tutto il giorno ferri vecchi e a chi alza sacchetti di calce da 20 kili con il naso.

Todos los libros de DJBBQ son extremadamente interesantes y fáciles de leer. En este caso la cantidad de recetas es enorme y tiene mucha variedad. ¡Aconsejo a quien le guste comer y leer!
