Let me start by saying that I like the design, the fact that it has a backup battery, and it fits comfortably on the ear.With all of that being said, it completely fails where it matters most: Sound quality. Based on suggestions on previous reviews, I fully charged both batteries before attempting to use the Bluetooth. Everyone I have spoken with using this headset says I sound "muffled". In most cases, I've had to turn off the headset to finish the call on my phone because they could not understand what I was saying.I really wanted to like this! All of the other reviews (although many corrected and/or bought with free merch) were great. I'm back on the market for a high quality Bluetooth less than $50.

2 batteries?! What a concept! I can listen to music and talk all day without having to plug the headset in. It even survived a cycle through the washer AND dryer and synced right back up without skipping a beat. It also comes with a plug in earbud for listening to music in stereo.My one complaint is that the headset won't stay parallel to my mouth. Within a few days it drooped straight down and stayed there. Fix that and I'd give 5 stars.

Honestly it's a good product. For what its worth. ..Not hard to use even tho the hard plastic hook can be a little bothersome while wearing a hat at times or even sunglasses.I'm a full time Semi driver and even with my windows up and the constant roaring of the rigg it's self.I'm asking those to repeat your last comment..Sounds like the volume needs a little more volume...The prompt is loudThe volume button up down is loudBut ima need youToo repeat your comment.?..Good looking blue tho.I like it ....

I purchased this headset but it was not compatible with my old phone. I recently, July 16th, purchased a new phone and the neither of the batteries will hold a charge. It's too late to return them for an exchange, so my money has been wasted.

This Bluetooth earphone is so much nicer than I ever expected. We were looking for nice Bluetooth which has quick connectivity and good noise resistance from outside. This fits perfectly in our criteria. It comes with two rechargeable battery which gives you about 5-6 hours talk time on each which is great. Nice to be able to swap them out. If your battery goes dead, you dont have to worry anything while you are charging that. So this Bluetooth works perfectly to talk while i am driving

Didn't work well for me. I really wanted to like the headset based on the reviews but it worked poorly.

this is a great headset it fit's very comfortably on the ear without a hook an the controls are never in the way it's easy to turn on and off while it's still on your ear

Works well but a bit heavy. With the ear hook it stays in place. Gave it to my technician and he likes the extra left ear bud for listening to music.
