I purchased the product looking forward to use it to help with my frozen shoulder, it was working for single usage and then it suddenly stop, I tried charging it but after hours of charging it snot working and now its totally useless, I requested for a refund, the seller requested for photos which I have submitted, then I received another request for video which is not possible to send thru the message platform. I received partial refund only!!! almost 40% of my money was not refunded! I don't recommend this seller/product at all... jan2022 update after few correspondence, Now they released the full refund...

i have received an item with only 4 probes to use at a time. I couldn't ask for replacement as i badly needed it to use. Also product is unbrandedBattery doesn’t last more that 3 hours of run time as against claimed 20 hrs

Looks tiny compared to more expensive TENS units. But extremely powerful with multiple settings at fraction of cost.But nothing beats the manufacturer's after-sale customer service. They go all the way to ensure that 110% customer satisfaction, going out of the way.

It really works in a professional way. USB charging is good. Battery lasting for many days. 5 pairs of different electrodes are great. It is handy. I am so satisfied with this product.

When I purchased this TENS unit, the company made a big deal that if I registered for my warranty within a certain time frame after getting the product, they would give me free replacement pads. However, after following instructions for the activating the warranty, it's revealed they'll only send the promised stuff IF I write them a 5-star review.I am giving 3 stars because product is useful and seems solid, but the company is misleading with their promises and obviously fishing for ratings they may not actually deserve, which makes me angry.

So I was skeptical at first because the price was so good. I have been using this thing for a few days now and a few times a day and the battery is still fully charged. I was pretty shocked by that. lol. Its very small controller is very easy to use although I don't change the different settings too much. I just turn it on and crank it up to about 3 or 4. I hoping the pads last a long time. I have used them in several different places a few times each day and they seem to still stick well. So far this thing has really impressed me and I am glad that I finally decided to get it. Hopefully this will help some people out. It seems to be helping out my back and shoulder very well. It also has a nice little travel case and comes with extra pads. So far I am still on the first set. The pads come in different sizes and shapes. You can also go online and register the device and extend the warranty. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

I wasn't expecting much from this tiny unit since I'm used to my old EMPI unit. I have a high pain threshold however my back injuries breach said threshold on just about a daily basis. I would put my OLD EMPI up onto around 40-60 and with this tiny unit I can't go above 4. Simple to use with fast easy shipping and yes, the battery lasts as long as stated. I don't usually write reviews; but for someone like me that didn't know what to buy and couldn't decide on a product.. I would buy another in a heart beat! I hope this helps anyone that had the same problem deciding like me!

I was walking through the hospital the other day and a guy in a kiosk was selling high valued tens machines with a ton of accessories. Problem was very expensive. $300 for a complete set. I liked what he showed me and was impressed by the little unit. But I wasn't about to throw 300 bucks down just to see if it was worth it or not. Did some searching here on Amazon and this one popped up with great ratings. Long story short, I threw down the 50 bucks on this little guy and does the same thing that expensive one did. It works amazingly. For me it was a little confusing on how to get going, because instructions like most Asian products are rough in translation. I really should get hired by the Chinese to write these instructions. I needed to use a 2 separate lead colors to operate one set of pads. That wasn't obvious for me. I was just using 2 pads, but figured it out. Ran it for 30 mins and my shoulder felt great afterwards. So whatever the science is behind this method of treatment, seems to help. I slept well that night. I like the price for sure and would definitely recommend this device. I will be getting more pads as the shelf life is not as long as I would like. Take care of the pads to make em last longer.

The unit seems to work as expected. I have never used a professional tens machine so I have no reference, but it seems ok. I don't like the fact that the company is bribing people to leave 5 star reviews with free pads.
