The bulb is nearly clear (with a slight yellow tinge) and the 'filaments' are yellow when off. The light produced looks exactly like it was produced from incadescents of that color temperature.I had one intermittent bulb and I have contacted Hero-Led to determine how to get a replacement. Overall, these are fantastic bulbs.Update. Received replacement for defective bulb on March 24, nearly three months after requesting replacement. Other than one bulb which was defective from the start, the remaining bulbs are working beautifully after a total of approximately 500 hours usage.

I replace these LED light bulbs in my porch lights. Lights look the same as warm as they were. I just ordered more.

Doesn't work either Lutron dimmer; has very retro look Almost like and Edison bulb. Don't recommend.
