Q: Does the paper come shipped shrink wrapped inside a cardboard shipping cylinder similar to the 107" version?

It was awhile back, but it came in the long cylinder box. I honestly don't remember shrink wrap, but I remember being happy with how it was packaged and could tell it was safe during transit.

Q: Can I get this in a 70 inch width

Great for headshots! - 107 in x 36 ft (approximately 8 ft 11 in x 12 yards). Great for full body portraits and groups! - 107 in x 150 ft (approximately 8 ft 11 in x 50 yards). Great for full body portraits and groups!

Q: Is the paper wide enough for 3 small children?

Yes , I would suggest that you group them close together. I have done it and it worked just fine.

Q: Is the cardboard core strong enough to hold up the 107" paper for long-term storage if supported only from the ends by a wall-mounted roller system?

I can't say 100% for sure but it seems like it would be fine. By the way, we LOVED the paper...we use a lot of paper each year to decorate for prom and this was by far the BEST paper we have ever used!
