Very Inaccurate
It does not work. The first few times I tried it, it seemed like the temp it displayed was very low. I discovered that it will give completely different readings if I try it again a couple minutes later (sometimes higher, sometimes lower). Right now, I am ill and my face is burning up. It is 90 degrees out today and very warm in my home. This thermometer says my temp is 97.7. There is no way that's even close. I am very disappointed.

Digital thermometer
Have received this thermometer, but need for it at this time had passed. I used it once just to compare accuracy with my old one. Both readings were the same. I bought this one hoping for a faster response time. It's a little faster, but not by much. Also, I am a little hard of hearing and wish that the beeper was a little louder. Overall a good thermometer.

Thermometer works fine but it is just so slow to read. If you need one for kids that is faster to tell you the temps, look for another one. If the speed doesn't matter to you, then this should be ok.

Am I the only one not to have been paid to write a review?
OK, here is an update. Took temperature on this thing at about 9 this morning. It read 96.3, 1.5 degrees below yesterday. Went to the doctor, whose thermometer said 97.9 -- about where my temperature usually is. Came back home and this thing now says 96.1. I am returning it.
