Three useful tools in a little pouch together with small pockets for 2 more tools -- how could you go wrong? The pouch is one of the main draws to this kit. It's made from a rugged canvas-like material, folds over twice, and features a small velcro tab to hold it together. There are two additional pockets which are smaller. I've put a pair of tweezers and hobby knife in mine. Don't expect to fit any larger tools in them.The tweezer-style plyers that are included are great for gripping small things. The head of the plyers are flat, without texture, so they can be used to hold plastics or soft metals without leaving teeth marks on them. The nippers/sprue cutters are also great. I've used them to clip both plastic and metal parts off of a sprue. And when can you ever not use a pair of scissors? The finger grips are large enough to comfortably fit in an adult hand, but the cutting part of the scissors is small for easier maneuvering.Overall I'm happy with this little kit. But then I've always liked Xuron's tools.

I bought these for plastic modelling. These tools are total quality. The first time I used them, I had this big grin on my face, it was a mixture of pure joy and almost reverence for the way they were made, the precision and the comfort. For any close, precise work, these cannot be beat. They cost a little more, but are worth every penny to me.

These tools are absolutely perfect for thru-hole electronics work. The scissors are great for separating individual components from taped reels, the small needle-nose pliers are perfect for bending leads prior to insertion on a pcb, and the flush cutters are excellent for snipping the leads after soldering. These tools are comfortable to work with for extended periods and are well made. I’d buy this kit again in a second.

Good kit even though the scissors were replaced with a pair of twisers which is the other kit they offer
