Very tough and durable boots, excellent ankle support and foot protection. They are a little stiff when new but break in easy and are super comfortable for long hikes with a pack or just for working and are good for all day comfort

Absolutely love these boots. I had a pair that made it from Asia to Latin America to Europe and back. They have been the best boots I have ever owned.

One of the best boots made. Solid. Sturdy. Usually lasts years of heavy hiking.I ve bought three pairs over last ten years. I wear them 7 days a week on the farm except when slush or mud.

great boots for warmed and water proof ,nikiwax is also good to buy so the outer shell of the boot last longer for the water prooofing.all in all great boots.

This is my third pair, although the first two were TPS 520 GTX. My second pair of 520 GTX are still strong & viable, but I can see that a new pair will soon be needed. For me, the Cambrelle lining is more comfortable than Gore-tex, but that's a personal preference & not really an overall rating for everyone. The 520 & 535 fit as though they were custom made for my feet which indicates to me their superior engineering design & production quality. Asolo 520s saved my right ankle from injury last summer during a backpacking trip. My pack weighed 58 lbs when I stumbled while carrying it, & my ankle would have otherwise been sprained or had torn ligaments (occurred before In other footwear), but the Asolo's support kept that from happening. Whew! They're stylish; the soles have excellent traction & overall wear is minimal. Of course proper care is paramount. The adage, "You take care of them, & they'll take care of you" certainly is true with the Asolo TPS 520 & 535 models I've owned. Also, Amazon provided such quick delivery! My order arrived in two days! Thanks so much for such great products, reasonable prices & reliable service! Edit: the size listed is 10 D or 10 medium, but I ordered a 10.5 D or medium. Still a super boot!

This is my third pair of Asolo Backpacking Boots in 15 years. Worn-out souls are the only reason I replaced them. The uppers are indestructible. These boots are extremely comfortable and have great ankle support, especially on rough and rocky terrain. I've hiked thousands of kilometres in the last 15 years and never once did I experience blisters or sore feet. Actually, on a 31-day hike through the Himalayan Mountains in Nepal, our guide and I were the only ones without blisters.
