Technic Mega Nudes & Mega Matte Nudes Eyeshadow Palette Set

I was looking matte eyeshadow in nude shades for a natural, no-makeup makeup look. This set is such a cheap price I though I'd give it a try. The texture is quite powdery but goes on real smooth and stay on a long time with shadow primer and set with powder. It's not super pigmented but blends well. The two palettes have very similar colors, just with or without shimmer. Upon testing the shimmer versions seem more pigmented yet the shimmer so subtle I can use them for my preferred look too. The photos show the colors on plain copy paper. The left column is shimmer version, right column matte. The right hand image has increased saturation to show off the colors better. For the price this is a really good value and product - I paid more for a single color shadow from a drugstore brand than this whole set. Just be aware this is not for intensed or dramatic looks (though it maybe doable with wet application). For the natural look I want this works surprisingly well.

I love this set of eye shadow. I use it daily. Definitely worth the purchase. It goes on smooth, looks professional and for that price - it's a steal. I'll be buying more without a doubt.

I'm giving the shadows five stars because the colours are really very nice. The case is a bit flimsy, and the applicators aren't great, but at this price point, I'm not expecting an awesome case, and who uses the sponge applicators that come with shadows anyway? I have to knock off a star for the packaging, though. Shipping is free, so I can't complain too much, but I would have preferred to pay for shipping and have them put in something more durable than a bubble mailer. Mine arrived with one shadow half broken, but I salvaged most of it with rubbing alcohol and got it back into the pan, so I didn't lose much. Still, I'd have paid shipping happily if packaging had been better. I assume these are coming from China, and that's a long, rough trip for little packages of pressed powder.

These eyeshadow palettes are okay. They are powdery and some of the light colors and even the brown colors blend onto my skin and disappears. They are only 5 to 6 dollars for both so for the price I am happy with these palettes but if you wanted nudes matte or slimmery that last or have good pigmentation then this is not really for you. Save your money and buy something else that is a bit better but for me this is okay, I am not a eyeshadow lover but I do love nudes on my eyes when I want to use eyeshadow. I love mascara, eyeliner, eyebrows, nail polishes, and various lip products or various colors. I may buy again depending on lasting power but loreal nude palette is so far my favorite. Update: These eyeshadow palettes are very good. They lasted my work schedule which is 8 to 6 p.m. depending on the drive time home. Some shadows do blend in with my skin tone but that is okay. They are a bit powdery but no big deal. They are great especially for only costing around 6 with shipping. I highly recommend this product.

I absolutely LOVE all the colors, especially the matte eyeshadows. However, when my package arrived the case was cracked, eyeshadow was everywhere...in short, just a total mess.

I am over 50 and the frosty eye shadows aren't good for me, my eyes tend to cake the shadow in the crevices. I found this MATTE and tried it, I love it. Nice, vibrant, stays pretty good.
