125 Best Indoor Grill Recipes

I bought an indoor grill and needed some help with recipes. This book has some very easy and good recipes. It also has some good pictures of the foods.

I purchased this book along with the Cuisinart GR-150 Griddler Deluxe, which by the way, I am very pleased with. Both were to be a gift for my wife. I had a preconceived notion that this would just be another one of those cookbooks that would have only a few good recipes.Each and every recipe that we tried was quick and awesome, especially those with the boneless chicken thighs which we have a preference for anyway. But the beef, veggie, Mexican and dessert recipes were also delightful surprises. All were very easy to prepare and most ingredients can be found in anyone's kitchen.Even I can follow these well illustrated and well structured instructions, definitely a 5 star purchase for me.

I have a Hamilton Beach Sear grill. These recipes are good, but they still need cooking time adaptations for my grill.

I bought this to use for my new indoor grill. Like it -- it's got some really good info and recipes.

I bought this along with the tabletop grill. I am not crazy about it cause the recipes call for ingredients that I don’t normally have in my kitchen and some you can’t find in the local grocery store. I am going to keep it though and may try some of the recipes if I can gather all the ingredients. If you’re a gourmet cook you might like this.

After recently buying an electric outdoor grill, I discovered that there are very few cookbooks for this grill. Most are aimed at charcoal or gas grills. The Foreman grills for indoor kettle grills are one option. This is a good cookbook to start.

This book is the Best! It even has veggie and fruit recipes.

It looks like a great book for someone who has an indoor grill. I returned it because I have a griddle and wasn’t what I expected. It looks like a great book.

Some good recipes, would be better if more pictures in.

Since I bought this book I have been using it 1-2 times a week. Every recipe has been outstanding! Most of them are very easy and work perfectly with my T-Fal Optigrill. I would recommend the book to anybody with an indoor grill.

I bought this book and had it returned. Though it has a very good collection of recipes, but the recipes presented are not easy to follow. I found them to be complex with many steps. But, it may be due to my bad cooking skill.

The recipe book itself is good. However the title "Indoor Grille Recipes" is misleading. Virtually all the recipes are for a two sided contact grill/panini grill/sandwich press. The recipes have very little application to the actual indoor grill I had just bought from amazon. Because of the misleading title I gave it only one star. I should have sent it back.
