الغسالة جدا قوية وممتازة وتنظيفها جدا ممتاز وليس فيها صوت هادئة جدا جدا لا يوجد أي عيب فيها لكن للأسف الصابون المجاني وسائل الجلي غير موجود وأعتقد أن الشركة استعملت الغسالة لمرة لكي يرو انها تعمل او لا ٤ نجوم لأن الصابون وسائل الجلي ليس موجود وفقط شريط لقياس عسر الماء التوصيل سريع جدا في يومين شكرا امزون

The product itself is a good quite machine.
The installation was very poor and incomplete, they were not very helpful nor did they seem to know much about the product at all.

Don’t buy it in UAE
Do not buy this or any Beko products in UAE. There is no representative in this country to even attend your call, forget the warranty, before you buy any Beko products try to find the warranty service or any official representative. There are that much desperate , that some non related company makes websites as their support and when they show up, they ask money for under warranty product. Thanks Amazon to take this such mess back and refund me. By the way if there is warranty in your area this is a good quality product

Beware of the price changes
My first dishwasher. It is silent and effecient. Purchased end of Jun 2023 for aed 2000( incl installation) Currently (Sept 2023) Amazon is selling it at aed 1439( + installation 60 odd) Reducing 2 stars for this huge price difference in just 2 months.
