BEST carnitine I've tried, used to buy it at my supplements store but they're no longer offering it

USPS has declared our order as undeliverable due to leaking. This is the 3rd shipment that has had a leaking problem. After 2nd leaky shipment, attempted contacting seller. No resolution obtained. Daughter has Carnitine Deficiency & this was her preferred flavor. Because of leaking issues due to silver seal under cap not being fully intact (x4 on all bottles rec'd in first 2 shipments), under cap & sealed clear plastic seal over cap, I question product purity. We have purchased this product almost monthly over the last 2 years. It use to be packaged differently & without leaking problems. Flavor has changed as well. Again, question product purity. I recommend purchasing a different brand. I have requested a refund. Product is non-returnable due to type of product, yet I am unable to receive product. Hope to get some type of refund from seller or Amazon.com under A-Z guarantee.
