The second item I purchased was damaged. it looked like it was returned.
I did not return the product because luckily the damaged part was okay in the original key I got. But, honestly, it is annoying to pay for a brand new product and get it unboxed, partially damaged and not brand new.

Great replacement case!
The design of the button membrane looks like it will be more robust than the factory one. If not, the cost to replace them is minimal compared to getting a factory replacement!
