How much electricity will this module produce with just heat of my hand and ice? im trying to make a body heat powered led light. any suggestions?

Negligible. It is not intended to produce electricity, it is intended for cooling. You may want to check out the SP 1848, that module is optimized for electricity generation, but hand heat will not be enough to power it.

witch is the cold side?

If you connect positive to red and negative to black, then the cold wide will be the side with the printed writing. But you can flip polarity and the cold/hot sides will flip.

Approximately 85 watts if used at voltage of 14 volts. The watts used go down if you apply less voltage. You may also be interested in TEC1-12715 as it is double the watts of this unit.

What is a good way to measure the current flowing through the Peltier semiconductor module when supplied with 12V?

The module must be attached to a very good heat sink, and then you can just a multimeter connected inline of the circuit, set on Amps. You must have a good heatsink attached because if not, the current flow will stop as the chip will reach stasis. The other option is to use AC current, that's the only way to measure the current without a heatsink attached.
