IT FEELS AND WORKS JUST LIKE MY FIREARM HOLSTER....THE MATERIAL EVEN MATCHES MY GLOCK GUN HOLSTER! I REALLY LOVE IT! NOW I GOT TWO STYLUS PENS TOO....ONE INSIDE MY PHONE AND ANOTHER BIGGER BACK UP STYLUS OUTSIDE THE PHONE....THERE IS A SIDE SADDLE STRAP ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOLSTER FOR THE BIG STYLUS PEN SO IT GOES ALONG NICELY WITH THE CELL PHONE HOLSTER. I LOVE IT....I WILL BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR MY WIFE WHO JUST BOUGHT A NEW SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 4. SAME SIZE IT SEEMS. I USE MINE FOR WORK, ITS HEAVY DUTY AND SECURE. MY PHONE SLIDES IN AND OUT SMOOTHLY AND BETTER THAN MY ACTUAL PLASTIC CELL PHONE CASE HOLSTER....I DONT USE THAT CASE HOLSTER ANY MORE...NOW THIS POUCH CASE TOOK ITS PLACE NICELY! MY CELL EVEN FITS WELL EVEN WITH MY MILITARY GRADE ARMOUR CASE ON THE PHONE ITSELF! VERY COOL! NOW IT DOUBLES THE PROTECTION OF MY PHONE! I WILL DEFINITELY BUY ANOTHER ONE FOR MY WIFE! SHE WILL LOVE IT TOO.

I just bought the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 and needed another one of these to carry it with. The clasp is designed such that it does stay firmly on my belt (the previous model I used on my other phone, did not fare so well in that department). It is roomy enough that it holds my phone with a large case on it with a little room to spare. I am completely happy with it and am super impressed that it does not find a way to shimmy off when I am climbing ladders like my other one did (again, different brand for a different phone).

Everything I was looking for but more than I expected for $4.90 + $3.90 shipping. Seriously, for $8.80 I figured I'd just toss it if it wasn't what I wanted or cheaply constructed. It's neither. It fits my Note 3 with Otter Commuter perfectly. I assume a Defender case would also fit. One important feature I was looking for is to be able to fasten through the belt. I read on a number of reviews for other clip on only holsters that the holster/phone fell off, so it was important for me to get the through the belt option. It works great.

Samsung s22 Ultra fits, but tightly so it is hare to insert with one hand. Velcro opening flap is very difficult to open with one hand while on your belt. Metal belt clip is too small. Entire holster with phone slips off belt easily upon contact with almost anything. Most of the time when you attempt to open the velcro flap the holster comes off. I would not recommend this. Holsters with magnetic flaps are much better.

Holster works just fine. Is a little tight with my note 20 ultra in an Otterbox defender case. I wish that the metal holster clip could be easily removed . I only use the belt slot for max security.

After 2 years of daily use I purchased a replacement. That was last March. The elastic was stretched out and ripped but served twice as long as the best one I have used since February 2001! I'll basically leave my original review ,but give it 5 stars for durability under extreme conditions. The belt clip is junk, I wish it could be removed. The stiching for the belt will have to be restiched for extreme use. I recommend heavy fishing line. Other cases would be destroyed. IT IS ABSOLUTELY MY FAVORITE CASE! !!!

This case WILL fit a Samsung Galaxy Note 8 (I assume it will also fit a Galaxy S8+) in an Otterbox Defender. It's a snug, but not binding fit. The Velcro fastening is very secure, but relatively quiet when pulling on the cover flap. A very well made product. Should last a long time or at least until the next iteration (probably larger sized) Note or phone in the Galaxy series.

I first bought a phone holster (different item from different company) for my note 5 two years ago. I really liked the extra protection. This year I upgraded to a note 8 so I needed a new bigger holster.I received this holster on Sept 13, 2017. My pictures were taken on Nov 12th, 2017. It has two visible tears and the stitching is beginning to come apart. The fabric that the Velcro sticks to also seems like it is beginning to come off (may not be clear in the 3rd picture).On the plus side, it is definitely big enough for my note 8 and even with the poor construction it is still usable (for now). My last holster lasted me 2 years even with wear it is still unable. I don't think I'll get to 1 year with this holster.I will NOT purchase this item again and will seek a different brand.I can not recommend anyone purchase this item.
