Great natural moisrurizer
I have been using this for years on my ends. I am a natural and its a great moisturizer. Two to three drops and then I rub my hnds together and disturbute it through my hair and ends daily. has great benefits (UVA and UVB protectant, helps bring out the natural color of ones hair).

light and protective oil for post-shower
I love this oil for post-shower moisturizing, spreading it on wet skin to disperse it all over the body in a thin water/oil layer. It's a lovely oil--very light and protective and helps soothe chlorine-irritated skin after swimming. Best of all, it can be scented by adding essential oils as it is neutral and has virtually no fragrance by itself.

Recommended by my Dr
My Urology Dr recommended this specific brand of Sesame Oil as an aid in healing vaginal dryness and thinning of tissues. His nurse even came in with a copy of a picture of the exact product I should get, to be sure I purchased the correct one. Aura Cacia Sesame Oil with Vitamin E. And, yes, it is helping.

PHONY AURA CACIA BRAND
Buyer beware….this is NOT sesame oil, it has literally no taste or scent and is clear, not yellow or amber in color, and the label is bubbling off of the bottle. The label does not match the aura cacia bottle of the sesame oil product I’ve purchased from local health food stores. I thought I was saving time ordering from Amazon, but with items like this that you are potentially ingesting or rubbing in to your skin, bogus oils are definitely a waste of our time and money. This one had decent reviews, so I can only assume that many people aren’t aware of the qualities of true sesame oil. Super unfortunate that folks will sell health products that could be harmful to the buyer should they not know something within is an allergen.
